End Heating Furnace
Long Taper Leaf Spring Heating Furnace is developed specially for end heating of long leaf spring rolling by using advanced domestic and international technologies. The furnace chamber is designed to have a combustion room for heating and a throat area for pre-heating, which ensures complete combustion and realizes energy saving and express heating. The furnace body uses steel structure and full fiber inner face to have the most efficient thermal insulation. The two caps at each end can be installed and dismantled individually, and is convenient to maintain. The thermal energy remain in the waste air is recycled by a jet radiation heater for energy saving. The hydraulic walking beam ensures that only one plate exit from the furnace at a time. The furnace temperature is controlled and displayed accurately by using Japanese Shimaden’s intelligent control instruments The furnace can use either diesel, gas or heavy oil as fuel. It saves fuel, has less plate oxidization and less soot in the waste air, heats plates fast and homogeneously and controls the temperature accurately
Hardening Furnace
Hardening Furnace is designed for use of spring leaf heating for quenching. The furnace is composed of furnace body, hydraulic walking beam, combustion system, compressor blower, air exhausting system and furnace temperature control system. The walking beam ensures the heating quality without “black strip” on spring plates. The furnace temperature is controlled and displayed accurately by using Japanese Shimaden’s intelligent control instruments. The accuracy of temperature can be controlled within +/- 10 Degrees Celsius
Tempering Furnace Hot Tempering Furnace is a continuous furnace for leaf spring tempering with designed working temperature of 500 Degrees Celsius. It is composed of furnace body, chain conveyor, combustion system, air exhausting system and furnace temperature control system. The Furnace body uses full fiber structure to have most efficient thermal insulation. The conveyor speed can be set to fit 0.5 – 2.0 hours tempering time. The furnace temperature is controlled and displayed accurately by using Japanese Shimaden’s intelligent control instruments. The accuracy of temperature can be controlled within +/- 5 Degrees Celsius.
